Sophie 3000

I discovered her while scrolling through Instagram reel one November day. She danced to a very familiar song but her moves were different from the other Tik Tok and Instagram dancers. The way she exaggerated her movements and the creativity she put in each step, it was inspiring. The next thing I knew, I reached out to her and asked if she wanted to collaborate. With her permission, I finally had the opportunity to try something new. Before this video, I had never done VFX for dancing videos. The idea initially came to me while watching a Black Mixture After Effects tutorial on YouTube. He taught me how to enhance the dancer’s movement frame by frame with VFX. So to finally put his teachings into practice was a blessing. It may be one of my shorter videos, but this was one of the most fun and creative videos to edit.

“I really appreciate how you carefully created the visual effects from my moves. It is in synch with the music and the movements, which completes the harmony of the video“ - Sophie Gloria

I wanna make a Beat!!!

I make a beat for the first time!!! I've fiddled around with different instruments growing up, but this is the first time producing a song. This idea was inspired by the music video “Tadow” by FKJ & Masego. Still to this day, I think both musicians were geniuses to make a music video about creating the song itself! So I did my own “futuristic version” of the concept. My beat may not be perfect, it may not be on the radio one day, but I like it, and I hope you do as well.

Teleport to Jersey City for the Video Shoot!!!!

I have 10 minutes to get to the video shoot, and there's only one way I can make it one time! Or will I? Watch till the end to find out!!! This video is simply about me…going to a video shoot. Concepts of this video were inspired by music videos, marvel movies, and sci-fi. Even though this video was one of my earliest skits, it challenged me as an overall content creator in multiple ways from rotoscoping to traveling. Though it was fun and it’s fun to watch. Check out this video about teleporting to a video. I hope you enjoy it.

Real Life Photoshop

Real Life Photoshop is every Photographer's best dream. To be able to photo edit, alter, change a scene with a click of a pen. Well, 2 clicks! I meet a mysterious man who gives him the power to edit his photos of the New York City Skyline before the picture is even taken. It’s hard to say what inspired this video, I guess this concept is original. But I did face major challenges such as rotoscoping and depth of field. One of my earlier videos but I learned a lot, and I cannot wait to upload part 2. But until then, take a look at what I photoshopped in this first video.

SmartGlasses

Smart Glasses is an introduction to my AI glasses. For the first time, my glasses can answer any question correctly just like Siri or Alexa. With a visual twist that will resonate with anime fans from everywhere. When I activate my glasses, they glow like the smart nerdy anime character with glasses. This video was fun to edit and a little challenging to record. But it’s one of my more informative videos.

“Overall I enjoyed working on the video with you and personally I think it turned out great.” - Genesys Taveras

Malik Pollux -
Computerized Loving

Have you ever played your favorite song, and sang or rapped along with it? You put on your headphones and perform as if you are in the music video with your favorite artist? This video is the same vibe on another level. Malik Pollux discovers a new way to present his music through this new experience! Once you put on the headphones and play his song, you are immediately immersed in the music video. This video had a bunch of challenges! Most of them came from the video editing side. At the time, I learned basic cinematic video shooting concepts like proper lighting and appropriate use of depth of field. I desperately wanted to apply these concepts in this video to give it more of a professional look. The results were worth the effort. Glad I was able to collaborate with Malik Pollux. This is truly the best video I ever created.

“Mr.EliRooney and his VFX capabilities in this video are outstanding. Working with him on the project as the artist was fluent and easy. Eli is the future of VFX and you should keep an eye on him“ - Malik Pollux
